肩关节由于其解剖特性,是全身最容易脱位的关节,其中大部分是前脱位。治疗不当容易导致肩关节反复脱位,严重影响患者的生活质量。肩关节前脱位时维持肩关节稳定性的软组织结构及骨性结构遭到损伤,从而影响肩关节稳定性。肩关节不稳定的治疗方法多样,保守治疗效果较差,手术治疗逐渐成为共识,有时需要2~3种术式同时进行。目前主流治疗手段包括关节镜Bankart修复术、喙突移位术、动态前稳定术及喙突有限截骨线袢固定Latarjet术、改良嵌入式喙突移位术等术式。该文回顾了近年来国内外学者报告的多种术式及其改良,以期为肩关节前向不稳定外科手术的术式选择提供参考。
