肌电图是近三十年来迅速发展的一项神经电生理检测方法,从最早的肌电图检查到现在的诸多神经电生理检测方法,积极将其应用到临床,在很大程度上帮助临床医生对肩关节周围疼痛及无力的诊断带来了极大的帮助,使得临床医生在治疗之前对神经肌肉的病损有非常精准的诊断,避免导致误诊。神经电生理技术包括肌电图、神经传导研究和诱发电位,其在肩关节周围疼痛及无力的诊断中具有独特价值,尤其在精准定位损伤来源、评估神经肌肉功能及指导治疗方面取得显著进展,已成为鉴别诊断和病变定位的关键工具。本文综述了神经电生理技术在评估肩关节周围无力及疼痛疾病的解剖基础、临床表现及电生理诊断,为临床医生对于该类疾病的诊断提供可靠依据。
