肩胛骨动力学障碍是一种涉及肩胛骨运动异常的复杂临床病症,与肩部疼痛和肩关节疾病紧密相关。由于其本身的复杂性和当前的认识不足,针对这一病症在国内临床实践中的识别与治疗并不广泛。本文综述了目前肩胛骨动力学障碍的概念、流行病学、诊断分型、病因以及治疗方法,包括保守治疗和手术治疗。未来还需要更多高质量的研究聚焦于新的治疗方法,并对保守治疗和手术干预的临床效果作进一步评估,以提高肩胛骨动力学障碍的诊断精确性和治疗效果。
