胸锁关节脱位是外科少见的损伤,关节局部肿痛,肩关节及上肢活动障碍,严重影响患者生活。手术治疗是目前主流的修复方案,但手术方式尚未统一,现尚无明确统一治疗指南。本文旨在研究不同手术方式治疗胸锁关节脱位的效果,对比优缺点,为临床治疗提供参考。
