肱骨头是除股骨头外第二容易发生骨坏死的部位,肱骨头坏死(humeral head osteonecrosis, HHO)是肱骨近端骨折(proximal humeral fracture,PHF)后棘手的并发症之一,影响PHF后的长期功能恢复。目前对HHO的发生机制尚不完全清楚,多数认为与肱骨头血供障碍有关,也有学者认为可能与生物力学等其他未知因素有关。本文综述了PHF后HHO的病因、发病机制、危险因素、诊断、分期及治疗方面的新进展,以期为临床和基础研究提供参考。
