肩锁关节脱位常见于跌倒后直接暴力作用于肩部导致肩胛带周围支撑结构破坏而引起肩锁关节不稳定,严重的脱位可能导致长期慢性损伤,尤其是运动员及高负荷体力劳动者。Rockwood分型是国内外最常用的肩锁关节脱位分型。Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型采用非手术治疗,而Ⅳ型、Ⅴ型和Ⅵ型通常采用手术治疗。III型肩锁关节脱位的治疗仍存在争议,但对运动需求较高的Ⅲ型脱位,可以早期采用手术治疗。手术治疗越来越趋向于微创解剖重建喙锁韧带,喙锁韧带重建已逐渐成为肩锁关节脱位的主要治疗方法,随着临床研究的深入和材料科学的发展,对于喙锁韧带重建各种手术方式也在不断改进,临床医生对这些方式的优缺点缺乏全面的认识,本文旨在介绍喙锁韧带重建治疗肩锁关节脱位的概念回顾,并重点介绍其发展趋势及相关争议。
