桡骨头骨折是一种常见的肘关节损伤,处理不当易出现肘关节僵硬或不稳定、创伤性关节炎及感染等并发症,对患肢功能产生严重影响。目前对于桡骨头骨折的诊疗方式存在诸多争议,为规范桡骨头骨折的诊断和治疗,帮助骨科临床医生正确处理桡骨头骨折,中国医师协会骨科医师分会肩肘外科学组组织专家起草了本共识,旨在提高桡骨头骨折诊治的规范性与合理性,改善桡骨头骨折患者功能预后与生活质量。
