肩袖损伤术后再撕裂一例报告

图3 3个月复查时右肩关节MRI示肌腱愈合尚可
图4 6个月复查时右肩关节MRI示水肿信号较前明显,可疑再撕裂
图5 8个月复查时MRI示右肩关节冈上肌腱处大量高信号(图A),未见明显肌腱组织(图B),较上次复查时撕裂更为明显
