目的

通过网络数据库技术及图像后处理技术,借助智能手机应用及医院互联网内、外网界面,初步建立肩关节镜临床登记系统。

方法

运用院内数字化建设及互联网大数据技术构建肩关节镜围术期宣教、核心临床信息登记、术后随访、影像信息收集、科研数据统计分析及功能量表等复合评估体系。

结果

临床登记系统获得了接受肩关节镜手术患者的人口学信息、围术期临床核心数据、影像学相关信息及各类功能评分量表信息等,建立了科室微网模块服务及网页式联合手机应用界面信息推送服务。

结论

肩关节镜临床登记系统初步实现临床管理及科研系统和登记系统间的信息交互,建立了本院特色鲜明的"互联网"肩关节镜临床登记系统及随访公众号,实现临床资料的精细化管理。

Background

Shoulder arthroscopy is an effective treatment for early and mid-stage shoulder disorders, but there is a lack of systematic follow-up data on the pathogenesis of shoulder pain, postoperative efficacy and complications of shoulder arthroscopy. Domestic clinical registration system is not currently involved in shoulder arthroscopy, for patient demographic data, etiology, technology assessment, perioperative complications, postoperative long-term clinical and radiologic evaluation lack of objective data. How to evaluate the efficacy of arthroscopic rotator cuff repair, the position of suture anchor and the selection of suture method remains controversial. Therefore, the clinical registration system of shoulder arthroscopy is conducive to further combing a large number of clinical resources and mining data to carry out clinical research and promote the healthy development of shoulder arthroscopy in China. This study preliminarily established clinical registration system of shoulder arthroscopy is not only expected to become the bridge of doctor-patient communication. With the aid of network platform, it can realize cheap and efficient replication, which also gradually extends to hip, ankle, knee and elbow arthroscopic fields. Eventually, it is expected to eventually develop into a regional, city-wide and even a national Internet clinical registration system of arthroscopy.

Objective

To establish a clinical registration system for shoulder arthroscopy with the help of smart phone applications and the hospital intranet and internet through the network database technology and image processing technology.

Methods

The hospital digital construction and Internet big data technology were used to establish the composite evaluation system of perioperative education of shoulder arthroscopy, clinical core information registration, postoperative follow-up information, image collection, scientific research data statistical analysis and functional scales.

Results

The clinical registration system obtained the demographic information of patients who underwent shoulder arthroscopy. The perioperative clinical core data and imaging related information as well as the information of various functional rating scales were obtained.The department micro-network module service and web-based joint mobile application interface information push service were established as well.

Conclusion

The clinical registration system of shoulder arthroscopy has preliminarily realized the information interaction among the clinical management, scientific research system and the registration system.A distinctive Internet clinical registration system of shoulder arthroscopy and a follow-up public account of our hospital have been established to realize the fine management of clinical data.
