肩胛骨骨折一般是由于直接暴力导致肩胛骨的完整性被破坏。肩胛骨骨折的治疗通常包括保守治疗和手术治疗两种方式。保守治疗主要适用于不涉及关节面的、稳定的骨折类型。然而,保守治疗可能会导致肩胛骨的生理位置改变,进而影响肩关节功能。手术治疗则适用于复杂或不稳定的骨折类型。手术治疗的核心目标是确保骨折部位的精确复位和稳定固定,从而为患者的快速康复和功能恢复创造条件。近几年来,越来越多的证据表明通过手术治疗的关节内、外骨折均具有可预测的良好结果。此外,随着对肩胛骨生物力学的深入研究,以及手术技术的进步,使人们对肩胛骨骨折患者的手术治疗持续感兴趣。
