当今,肩关节疾病已然成为影响人类健康和生活质量的重要问题之一,随着社会人口老龄化以及全民健身的普及,肩关节疾病及治疗方式越来越受到人们的重视。反式全肩关节置换术( reverse total shoulder artroplasty,RTSA )在1974年被Neer首次提出并逐渐应用于肩关节疾病的治疗。相比传统的肩关节置换术,RTSA 具有更好的肩关节稳定性和肩袖肌腱力量的保留,更好地恢复肩关节的功能和提高患者生活质量的优势。然而,RTSA 也存在一定的局限性,如手术难度大、手术时间长、术后并发症等。因此,对 RTSA 的进一步研究具有重要的临床意义。
