肌骨超声的方法学特点兼具了传统超声无辐射、操作便捷、实时动态等优点,还具有高分辨率、血流信号敏感度高、实时对比患侧和健侧的技术优势。虽然从整体观上不如核磁,但是超声的技术优势可以探查到静止期不易发现的病变[1]。肩痛病因多样且症状易混淆,因此在肌骨超声介入的诊疗过程中,诊断是前提和基础。肩部三维结构复杂,使得掌握这门技术相对困难,这就要求操作者熟练掌握肩关节解剖、超声成像技术和肌骨超声探查肩关节病变的规范化操作。注射治疗能快速缓解症状的同时,还具有一定的诊断价值,超声引导下的介入治疗能够将药物靶向注射到病变部位,避免对非靶结构的损伤,提高准确性的同时具有安全性,因此得到了临床的广泛认可。本文就肌骨超声在肩周常见疾病的诊疗作一简要述评。
