图1 在超声引导下,先用22号针将1%的利多卡因注射到肩峰下关节囊(图A);然后将18号针头与10 ml注射管相连,把1%的利多卡因注射到钙化灶(图B);接着对钙化灶进行灌洗和抽吸,在钙化灶内部造成空洞,留下不规则的高回声钙化边缘影(图C);灌洗结束后,抽出部分18号针头,放置于肩峰下关节囊内,注射可的松和5%布比卡因混合物,注意残余碎片状高回声钙化沉积(图D);在操作结束后,通过注射器可以显示回收的钙量(图E)
